Major Admission Cycles

  • September Intake: The main start date for all Public Universities and Grandes Écoles. Deadlines usually Jan - April.
  • January Intake: Available mostly at Business Schools for MBA or MSc programs.
  • Études en France: Most applications (especially for Public Unis) go through the "Campus France" centralized platform.

What is CAF?
The "Caisse d'Allocations Familiales" (CAF) is a government body that refunds part of your rent. Every student (international included) is eligible. If your rent is €600, you might get €200 back into your account every month.

Public Universities: Large, government-funded, focused on theory/research, very affordable.
